- to me by SASG USA. So far, for the complaints I received, I always had
- an entry in my user base for the specific user. SASG USA correctly
- receives the registrations and forwards the requests to me immediately,
- its just been a little slow with shipping disks.

- Please let me point that out again... there was not *one* *single*
- *user* lost with SASG USA yet. I had entries for all complaints in my
- user base. So, you can blame Robert for being too slow, you can blame
- him for not answering e-mails, well, these are things we are trying to
- fix for the future. But blaming him for being a thief is way too much.

- Please do not follow the advice above and register with me overseas.
- This is a lot more expensive for you and me and will take at least four
- weeks on my side. The best way to receive your registered version of MUI
- is still to register with SASG USA. If you really shouldnt receive your
- disk after three weeks or so, feel free to send me an e-mail and you
- will get your key in no-time electronically.
